By placing an order with Taksha Design Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

• All custom furniture and interior design orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Design drawings, renderings, and images are for reference purposes and may vary slightly from the final product due to material characteristics and craftsmanship.

Pricing

• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will retain the agreed price.

Payment

• A deposit is required before production begins.

• Full payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom Products

• Custom-made items are produced according to customer specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, renders, and website content remain the intellectual property of Taksha Design Studio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

• Taksha Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
