At Taksha Design Studio, most products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:
Custom Furniture Orders

Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved design.
Damaged or Defective Products

Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any design, consultation, or administrative costs already incurred.
Interior Design Services

Fees for completed design work, consultations, drawings, renderings, and related professional services are non-refundable.
