Refund Policy

At Taksha Design Studio, most products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:

Custom Furniture Orders

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

  • Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the approved design.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any design, consultation, or administrative costs already incurred.

Interior Design Services

  • Fees for completed design work, consultations, drawings, renderings, and related professional services are non-refundable.
